Job Description
- In charge of data input related to incentive and OT within the setup schedule by proper verifying data and delivering payslip
- In charge of HRMS ( Time and Attendance, Finger Print Machine) by updating it, verifying OT Attendance, Leave Balance, on a schedule basis
- Process and track employee compassionate allowance such as marriage, bereavement, maternity/paternity leave
- Handle infirmary, its contract, Employee Annual Health Check Up, New Employee Health Check Up’s claim and tracking its expense
- Process and manage insurance claim from NSSF & corporate insurance company
- Process HR department’s expense and recording it in a monthly basis (labor compliance, recruitment, advertisement, infirmary fee, etc.)
- Perform administration support in HR Dept such as issuing employee card, arranging meeting, sending invitation email, order stationary, etc.
- In charge of internal HR Announcement on all channel by following the standard HR announcement guideline
- Be responsible for suggestion box information and report every month to management
- Support in preparing Employee Engagement Program such as Annual Trip, Annual Party, Sports Events and other HR events
- Provide administration support in L&D program and coordinate in Core Training Schedule (invitation, booking venue, scheduling)
- Prepare a monthly reports related to the current scope & submit every 5th of N+1 month
- Perform other tasks or project as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- University degree in HR Management or other related fields
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in Administrative tasks is preferably
- Sound knowledge of Cambodian labor law
- Good communication and networking skills
- Good team work and computer skills
- Honest, patient, friendly, and willing to work hard
