Job Description

The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources and administrative operations.

Job Descriptions:

1. Human Resources Responsibilities
  •  Assist in recruitment, onboarding
  •  Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal files.
  •  Monitor daily attendance and ensure proper implementation with systems.
  • Coordinate training and development.
2. Administrative Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies and ensure resource availability for smooth operations.
  •  Coordinate maintenance of office facilities, including cleanliness, utilities, and safety compliance.
  •  Support logistical arrangements for internal meetings, travel, or events.
  •  Handle documentation and correspondence for the division, including approvals and reporting.
  •  Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers as per division requirements.
  •  Maintain records of company assets and inventory for the division.

3. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on HR metrics and admin efficiency.
  • Any tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Job Requirements
  • Fresh Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  •  1 years of relevant HR/Admin experience; experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry preferred.
  •  Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR.
  • Good in MS Offices.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
