- Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all public areas and office.
- Plan, organize and direct team members to ensure the highest knowledge of tenant’s satisfaction and high standard of cleanliness.
- Daily supervise of all housekeeping staff and control manpower.
- Purchase order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventories.
- Adhere to all meeting such as health and safety, infection prevention and control, monthly team meetings.
- Manage the housekeeping budget, control working roster /schedule.
- Daily inspect operations to all common areas for cleanliness.
- Manage all site waste disposal and collection.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
- High school Diploma /Associate degree / Bachelor Degree or Technical skill training certificate.
- 3-5 years experienced in Condo, Apartment, Cleaning Company or other similar position is priority.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and management skills.
- Good in English / Khmer is required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and get them done in a timely manner is also critical.
- Be able to use Microsoft Office.
