Supervising general job performance of reservation staff implementing policies and procedures under the guidance of the Director of Sales, training, and responsible and performing any other duties requested by the Director of Sales.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in reservation, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Fluency in English and the local language, both written and oral
  • Ability to speak Chinese is advantageous
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and process
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Solid leadership, problem solving, and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to nurtures and develops employees
