Responsibilities include, but are not limited to booking rooms and monitoring occupancy levels. Updating statistics and booking trends. Following up with guests’ requests and inquiries.


  • High school diploma
  • Proven experience in handling reservation, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Fluency in the local language
  • Good command of English language, both written and oral
  • Solid phone etiquette, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Work & Excel
  • Knowledge in hotel software and their functionalities
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, administrative skills
