Strategic planning and coordination of the Sales, Digital Marketing and Media functions, via regular communication and planning with the General Managers and strategic partners for Marketing and PR. This includes budgeting, forecasting, monthly Sales and Marketing reporting, and primarily relationship development of our key industry partners.

The DOSM oversees and manages sales staff and reservations, tactical promotions and the DOSM takes ownership, together with our General Managers, for revenue management, sales, marketing and PR functions, to develop strategies that maximize our market share, and ensure our distribution channels are effective, open and competitive, and optimizes the revenue performance of other business units such as Food & Beverage, Spa and retail.

  • The successful candidate must have recent demonstrated success in a senior Sales & Marketing role in resorts or luxury branded hotels, preferably in Cambodia, Loas, or Thailand.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or MBA
  • Proven track record in a senior position, overseeing sales and marketing for a resort or hotel similar in style to our products in Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent command of English language, both written and oral.
  • Results-driven and passionate advocate of our businesses, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership over our products.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Responsible for monitoring market performance, as well as managing budgets, forecasting, and achieving target goals.
  • High degree of commercial awareness and be able to understand how to represent our business and develop close relationships with our key partners, including excellent sales and negotiation skills. Must possess a good business sense and have the ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
