Job Description
This position is to assist Deputy Head of FPD for Group Accounting and Reporting in the area of Group Accounting and Reporting followed Thai GAAP and other relevant regulations and other requirements requested by the Group Company. This position predominantly takes care of (i) providing accurate and transparent financial information under TFRS based on group requirement (ii) assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and legal obligations with the group, and (iii) assist in facilitating communication and collaboration between group and relevant departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare Trail Balance and other relevant documents following group requirements and send to group by the 2nd of the following month.
  • Prepare TFRS9 and TFRS16 adjustments and send to Group in the timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually group reporting and ensure that the information in the reporting meets the Group’s requirement and deadline.
  • Coordinating and responding to any requests related to group reporting in the timely manner.
  • Identify and access risk for each active account following criteria determined by group.
  • Coordinate in communicating related to the group account reconciliation.
  • Facilitate on group’s request related US GAAP requirements on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist Deputy of FPD for Group Accounting and Reporting in responding to any requests from the group including but not limited to Accounting Department, Fin. GRC Department, Tax Department,
  • Foreign Business Section Department, Reporting Department, Project Management Office, etc.
  • Ensure compliance and be up to date with Group Accounting Policy, Procedures and other relevant Guidance.
  • Coordinates with the relevant departments within Hattha Bank.
  • Involves in advertising and promoting services, spread good reputation of Hattha Bank.
  • Responsible for other tasks assigned by Deputy of FPD for Group Accounting and Reporting.

Skills Specifications

  • Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting and Finance, or other related fields (Pursuing/Qualified ACCA is preferable).
  • At least 3 years professional experiences in accounting and finance, and experience as external auditor and have knowledge in CIFRS is an advantage.
  • Have a good skill in MS Office includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email.
  • Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and long-hours, highly self-motivated, strong sense of urgency with high level of commitment and determination in delivering a great result.
  • High proficiency in writing, speaking, reading, and listening English.
