Job Description
This position is responsible for build deeper relationships with existing and prospective customers to increase in share of wallet and revenues, provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention, grow portfolio of emerging-affluent and affluent individual customer to meet bank target and strategy.

Location
Head Office – Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactive promote all products and services of the Hatha Bank to both existing and new customers.
  • Responsible for cross-selling TD & CASA account and balance to meet the sales target.
  • Identify to upgrade existing customers to hit criterial of VIP customers and bring in the new deposit balance and customer for the segment.
  • Grow portfolio of emerging-affluent and affluent individual customer by building deeper relationship and serve as the one-point contact to the High Net Worth with both existing and new customers.
  • Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide financial advice, consultation and dispensing customized solutions in alignment with the banking standards and industry regulations.
  • Conduct financial portfolio management for customer through quality advice and recommendations with suitable other banking products.
  • Handle more complex enquiries and complaints with high accountability, facilitation and escalation to all concerned departments to overcome the issues.
  • Keep tracking daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with a review from Exclusive Banking
  • Management to improve service level, and lead management.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Skills Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance and banking or other related degrees.
  • At least 02 years of working experiences in banking service.
  • Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills with high network individuals and companies.
  • Strong acquisition or good networking background are preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge in sale and service, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, relationship management skills.
  • Be innovative, dynamic, and confident.
  • Be proficient in English both speaking and writing and Chinese specking is preferred.
