Job Description
This position is responsible for driving the sales and service direction of the assigned branches, ensuring the effective running the KPI of the assigned branches and branch staff, instilling the sales culture, providing coaching and education on the sales process and providing coaching and guidance on leadership to the branch managers, chief credit consultant and chief branch operation and sale consultant/relationship managers at branch level. This role is also responsible for the service quality of the assigned branches and perform as relationship management teams, engendering the service culture and the “bank of choice” for both customers and staff, whilst ensuring that the branches and staff are fully compliant and trained at all times.

Zone-03 (Banteay Meanchey and Oddar Meanchey province)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be together with Sales & Distribution Division and Branch Performance Management, developing and implementing a marketing/sales strategy to grow sales of Hattha Bank’s products/services through direct sales and referrals at assigned branches.
  • Establish and maintain sales and revenue plans for the assigned branches, based on growth of revenue, increased sales generation and increased productivity and efficiency – monitoring performance and taking action to achieve/exceed targets set by the management.
    Communicate and lead the Branch Manager in implementation on sale KPIs; strategies of growth lending portfolio and deposit portfolio vs OP/targets.
  • Work closely with the Branch Managers and all Chief Credit Consultant and Chief Branch Operation to assist in building and maintaining customer relationships, to understand customers’ needs and recognize opportunities for cross-selling the bank’s products and increasing customer base and maximize product usage.
  • Be role model successful sales behavior by conducting interviews, closing sales, facilitating business links and implementing sales technique and group promotion campaigns.
  • Conduct regular sales forums with the assigned branches sales teams.
  • Ensure that branches implement internal control policy/procedure effectively and efficiency.
  • Lead and be role model on promotions, acquisition and front-end collections.
  • Build the capacity assessment on management and leadership to Branch Manager & all Branch Chief level.
  • Assist Branch Manager to improve branch & staff productivity, loan quality and collection to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency implementation.
  • Build relationship and communication with local authority (Chief Village, Chief Commune, Land Administration Office, others, … etc.) as well as the key potential customer in operation area.
  • Perform others task assigned by Sales & Distribution Division and Senior Management.

Skills Specifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, banking & finance or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in banking and financial services, and at least 03 years of working experience in Branch Manager position.
  • Knowledge on Selling and Financial Operation Skills, Interpersonal and Communication Skills,
  • Negotiation and Problem-solving Skills and Leadership and Management Skills.
  • High commitment, hard-working and flexibility.
  • Be able to travel to operational area such as provinces, rural and remote area.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Offices, Excel, email and Banking System would be an advantage.
  • Be able to communication in Khmer and English or language would be an advantage.
