JOB SUMMARY 
The Food & Beverage Manager at Jati Resort, Bamboo Island, is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable dining experiences for guests. This role involves managing the restaurant, bar, and banquet services, as well as overseeing food and beverage cost, financial and hygiene knowledge, inventory control, and staff training. The Food & Beverage Manager will also drive initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.

JOB QUALIFICATION 

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury resort or fine dining environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on training and developing staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
    Experience in budget management, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Experience working in remote or island locations is highly desirable.
