Job Description
  • Set team weekly, monthly goals, activities, and target and daily monitor their result Conduct daily review on prospect.
  • A-Card. quotation, key activities, and sales performance of each Sales Consultant.
  • Review issues and provide solutions and best practices to increase the sales volume to each and all Sales Consultants in a PDCA manner
  • Being available to support and intervene team to solve the concerns and problems with customer or related parties
  • Review feedback from customers/ account regularly and taking concern action to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Help in preparing monthly and 3M forecast, reviewing customer pool, pending A-Card and set new customer segment by industry or category
  • Implementing soles strategies to maintain customer loyalty, repeat sales and expand sales channels
  • Help in preparing monthly and 3M forecast, reviewing customer pool, pending A Cord, set new customer segment by industry or category and sales activities proposal to achieve the target
  • Provide daily update on fleet sales performance vs plan and its key activities to management
  • As needed, develop Fleet Sales’s SOP, Policy manual, guideline, and memo in compliance to company’s rules, regulations and best practice.
  • Continually provide clear guidance, collaboration, meeting, and instruction to team or colleagues with the aim to exceed sales quotas and sustain target in a win-win context
  • Work together with Admin to monitor vehicle stock and inventory and exchange with other branches
  • Work closely with other departments to upskills Sales Team’s knowledge, skills, and productivities
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing Department in designing and Implementing sales campaign, product launching, marketing tools, and material Work with AM to prepare weekly, monthly sales performance reports and update
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree at any business field or automotive is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years working experience as Sales _Supervisor in reputable hospitality or related field (automotive is a plus)
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Sales System
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving skills with customer first mind-set
  • Strong follow-up and monitoring skills Good communication and interpersonal skills in English literature
  • Has a good driving skill with a valid driving license and understand clearly of the traffic law
  • Able to speak Chinese and Vietnamese is a plus
