Job Description

Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  •  Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  •  Develop and monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators.
    Fixed Asset Management:
  • Oversee the management and accounting of fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of fixed asset transactions.
    Accounting:
  •  Manage the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Oversee the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
    Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR):
  • Supervise the AP and AR functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
  • Implement and maintain effective credit control procedures.
    Purchasing:
  • Oversee the purchasing process, ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  •  Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
    Tax Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
  • Liaise with external tax advisors and authorities as needed
    Treasury Functions:
  •  Manage the organization’s treasury operations, including cash management, banking relationships, and investment activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
    Stock Control:
  • Oversee inventory management and stock control processes.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of inventory transactions.
    Investment Management:
  • Develop and implement investment strategies to optimize the organization’s portfolio.
  • Monitor and analyze investment performance, making adjustments as necessary.
    Financial Forecasting:
  • Prepare financial forecasts and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to predict future financial trends and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant information for accurate forecasting.
  • Provide recommendations on investment opportunities and risk management

    Knowledge
  • Degree(s) from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance | CAT qualification | ACCA Student
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Accounting Management and Finance in Food & Beverages.
    Skills
  • Have good communication in English and Chinese is a plus
  • Have advanced computer skills, including Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
    Experience
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis and forecasting, and accounting principles
  • Experience in developing accounting SOP
  • Experience with Cambodia Tax and legal compliance
  • Good knowledge in purchasing, stock control, fixed asset, inventory, and treasury
