JOB SUMMARY
Provide key support by managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel. Responsibilities include preparing and proofreading documents, maintaining confidential filling systems, and serving as a liaison with guests. The role also involves organizing events, overseeing office supplies, ensuring smooth departmental operations.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Relevant experience in hospitality or as a Administrative Assistant or General Manager’s Secretary.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hospitality software a plus. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and adaptability.
