• Budgeting
• 3rd party management (suppliers)

 Event Organization:

• Logistics coordination (set up, decoration)
•  Program development (event agenda)
•  Marketing promotion
• On-site coordination (D-day)

Event evaluation:

•  Event debrief (meeting with team)
•  Financial re-conciliation (clear expense)
• Post event reporting

2. Venue Rental:

•  Venue Management (oversee the booking, coordinate with clients
• Client Relation (building strong relationship with clients
•  Event planning and coordination (Give suggestion to clients)
•  Marketing and Sale (Promote and sell the venue)
•  Logistic and operation organization
•  Issue quotation, agreement and invoice
•  Coordinate with operation team such as security, manpower, cleaning, technical and maintenance
• support vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during event planning
• Tour clients at to see the venue
• Set up, tear down and follow-ups on the events
• Other duties as assigned by event manager

• Some experiences with event management are a plus
•  Ability to work independently
• Proven ability to promote events and functions
• Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners
•  Ability to work under strict deadlines
•  Good at communication
•  Flexible of working hours (sometimes work on the weekend and stay late at night)
