Job Description
- To prepare yearly & monthly training program.
- To provide high quality professional training courses and materials.
- To ensure all department assign their staff to attend all training courses as company required.
- To Monitor and Evaluate training courses base on manual & digitalization.
- To conduct TNA to create new course right match to current company situation.
- To maintain effective communication with AEON employee.
- To ensure that training requirements are adequately specified and documented.
- To ensure training provision meets customer requirements and is evaluated appropriately.
- To establish the effective training both internally and externally.
- To support both local & oversea training program.
- To acquire feedback on the courses needed for future planning/management information.
- To develop and maintain training material.
- To design training materials or manual that reflects company developments.
- To design each training courses’ certification.
- Keeping & controlling attendants for all staffs by each training course
- Be able to advice, assistance and information to team and other departments within the organization, where and when necessary for training.
- To arrange & support company staff briefing every of the month.
- To select monthly best service staff with each department head.
- Other tasks assigned by managements.
Job Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree of education or relevant fields
• At least 2 years of experiences in a comparable position in another industry
• Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written (if can Japanese also needs)
• Good in public speaking skill
• Good communication & relationship with colleagues and all other departments
• Good in computer Microsoft application, PPT, design and other
• Creative perception & challenging with new things.
• Willing to upgrade new knowledge both internal & external (E-learning)
