Job Description
- Conduct System and business analyze to solve the issue on process flow and system workflow on all ERP systems
- Analyze database schema of AX and CRM database
- Develop and generate system report for business operation
- Lead the System projects on all phase of software development: planning, requirements, design, implementation/coding, integration, deployment
- Manage system incidents and system change request from users
- Prepare ERP system documentation: User Requirement Collection Document, System Design Document, System Architecture Document,
- User Acceptance , Testing (UAT) Document, and System Manual
- Monitoring and managing all IT related projects and system
- Monitoring and managing IT Infrastructure and IT Security
- Monitoring, ensuring smooth running and well-functioning of IT operation management
- Conduct system user training if necessary
- Troubleshoot the system issue and support
- Assist management to Supervise IT Programmer
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
- At least 3 year experiences in software development and database design by using OOP, UML, MVC, and Power BI.
- Broad knowledge & experience in IT network infrastructure, IT security, and cloud server.
- Expertise in C#, and MS SQL Server
- Good capability to solve complex problems on projects within deadline
- Good attitude, communication, presentation skill, and teamwork
- Good English language skills, both written and verbal
