JOB SUMMARY
Jati Resort is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing. This role is integral to our strategic growth and involves leading the development and execution of innovative sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain guests, enhance our brand presence, and drive revenue growth.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • A strong understanding of the relevant cultural and regional knowledge.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the resort or hospitality industry in Southeast Asia.
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market and tourism trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
