Job Description

- Create visually appealing graphics, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website content.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and graphic design.
- Assist in the creation of video content for marketing purpose.
- Perform other task assign by Supervisor and Head of Leasing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
