Job Description
  •  Set up & manage the annual target and budget plan for the whole department with sufficient data and analysis
  •  Develop annual and monthly sales strategic in order to reflect the latest sales situation and to implement it accordingly
  •  Set monthly sales target including 3 months forecast reflecting the latest market situation and challenge
  •  Promote branch awareness, raising product, and financial service to partners and/or public
  • Regular monitor and review sales performance to date (unit, T/O, GP, expense, KPIs) vs. plan and take countermeasure if necessary
  •  Ensure logistic KPI i.e. FIFO, on time delivery, inventory control, …
  •  Monitor general stock keeping including fixed asset with regularly review following 4S
  • Work out closely with other departments related and related business partners (Consignments, Referral, TTFC, Toyota Plus,) for the support to maximize sales
  •  Monitor department atmosphere to ensure the customer satisfaction & safe
  •  Manage department official Facebook fan page content posting planning and report for the effectiveness
  •  Develop kaizen mindset and initiate idea with appropriate action taken for the operations efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage the overall branch administration and financial management to ensure zero frauded
  •  Manage the customer complaint handling to meet with KPI set up
  •  Setting KPIs, evaluating team performance with logical & challenge achievement and providing ongoing coaching
  •  Realize and implement efficient and effective risk management
  •  Performing other tasks or project as assigned by President/chairman
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in general management or other related fields
  •  At least 4 years of professional experiences
  •  Excellent knowledge of management skills and leadership skills
  •  Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong supervisory skills and initiative in work
  •  Strong time management and result oriented toward the job
