Job Description
  • Overall assist and support management team which are under property management group.
  • Drive and enhance teamwork quality and promote teamwork to achieve work excellence for all projects.
  • Assist team work to solve the organization/resident problems and complaints.
  • Coordinate with various departments and projects to assist in resolving work- related issues, while fostering strong collaboration between front and back office teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with the Income and Sales Department, as well as the Customer Service Department, to address and resolve all outstanding fees, particularly management fees.
  • Participate in protecting and implementing internal regulations.
  • Site visit and report to related department to solve that problem.
  • Handle all Internal and External customer complaints.
  • Prepare a monthly income summary and submit it to the Property Manager.
  • Manage all internal and external letters and announcements.
  • Control all house renovation and decoration.
  • Ensure that all condo policies, including safety protocols and management rules, are communicated and enforced, and keep residents informed of any policy changes and enforce penalties when necessary.
  • Another task assigns by Deputy and Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Must have a bachelor degree, have experience as customer service before, able to speak English and Chinese, computer skills, can work under pressure, willing to work hard and learn new thing and solve difficulty problems.
