Job Description
  •  Welcome customers coming to the reception counter with friendly and professional manners and responsible hot line (Paid by QR code).
  • Provide the good service for customers coming to property management office and write receipt to customer.
  • Providing information/form regarding the properties, decoration, utility connection… etc.
  • Follow up AR such as water electricity and management fee.
  • Ensure the request form of customers signed by supervisor and keep reference to relevant department and maintenance staff on time.
  • Keep recording the documents such as house owners’ profile and other related information in file both soft and hard copy with hygiene and tidiness.
  • Assist Customer Service Supervisor to follow up the pending suggestion with relevant department and maintenance staff.
  • Assist supervisor to verify the documents on house handover and the maintenance plan to close the 3-year maintenance warranty.
  • Assist supervisor in conducting basic market survey or research tasks related to customer satisfaction to find out of area to be improved to make the service better.
  • Handle cash collection and do the report accurately and on time.
  • Facilitate the EDC and PPWSA connection for customers and ensure all handover unit must connect with EDC.
  • Collaborate with internal department including sales and construction and external parties including owner, tenant, government authority to ensure to maintain good relationship.
  • Join daily, weekly, monthly, annual meeting with team and stake holders
  • Do report suspension and re-connect service to site team.
  • Assist with handover process with internal department and provide resident book to owners and generate handover report monthly.
  • Conduct regular spot check and address maintenance and repair issues promptly.
  • Other task assigned by supervisor/managers.
Job Requirements
  •  Graduated bachelor’s degree with Customer service or related file.
  • Have experience with Customer service at less one year.
  • Good at English language.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skill with friendly and professional
  • High commitment of role and responsibility and willing to work as a team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office Internet and power point.
