Job Description
  • Greeting customer and provide best service to customer walk-in in showroom
  • Be able to respond to customer about the product and service suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Ensure to finish daily and weekly report customer feedback and customer call-in and walk-in to leader and manager
  • Maintaining accurate customer information.
  • Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
  • Hand over the customers professionally to the sales team
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email and hand over to the right department
  • Inspects showroom and amenities in good order prior to opening. Check drinks and snack stocks and report to accountant/purchaser to make refill order
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Another task assigns by leader and manager
Job Requirements
  •  Height at least 163 CM
  • Good comment in English for Speaking, Writing, and Listening
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS Office)
  • Good knowledge of communication skill
  • Problem solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Honest, respect, flexible, responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
