Job Description

Summary of Position:
Contract Executive/Quantity Surveyor plays a crucial role in managing the contractual aspects of our projects and ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements in construction.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and in line with company policies.
  •  Draft, and response on contractual and legal letters on construction project.
  •  Contract administration, maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts, including contract changes, amendments, and disputes.
  •  Prepare Letter of Awards and Purchase Orders for construction projects
  •  Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Take off, and measurement of the quantities for the construction works.
  •  Prepare and negotiate Variation Orders
  •  Prepare and negotiate Final Accounts.
  •  Assist with the ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager as required by the company
Job Requirements
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  •  4 years of experience in the relevant industry.
  •  Candidate with past working experience with Quantity Surveying Consultant firms will be preferred.
  •  Strong understanding of FIDIC form of contract
  •  Attention to detail and accuracy in contract drafting and review.
  •  Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic construction environment.
  •  Good communication and leadership skills.
