Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term.
• Plan, write, and edit high-quality, engaging content for web, blogs, social media, emails, case studies, white papers, product descriptions, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, design, and development to ensure content is aligned with business goals.
• Conduct content audits and analyze performance data to refine strategy and optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion.
• Own the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
• Identify new content opportunities (e.g. video, infographics, podcasts) to engage target audiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity.
• Manage freelance writers or content contributors as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or copywriting (tech industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO best practices, and digital channels.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English (Khmer is a plus).
• Experience with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
