Job Description
- Assisting in the food preparation process
- help to washing cooking utensil and keep in place
- Washing plate ware such as (plates, bowl, spoon, chopstick, cup, glass)
- Washing by separate items, taking care all equipment to avoid breakage.
- Check the washing Machine daily
- Keep cleaning stewarding area
- Help chef to prepare plate to standby for next operation.
- Help chef to deep fried bean curd skin, grinding ices.
- Follow food safety & Hygiene procedure
- Follow all company internal rule.
- Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Assisting other Chefs
- Helping with deliveries and restocking, stock rotation cleaning stations
Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 6 months relevant experience
- Awareness of manual handling techniques
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Experience of kitchen equipment
