Ennoblement of New Client Acquisition and Existing Client Relationship Management

  •     Data collection and facilitating new client meetings to support the acquisition of new clients.
  •     Managing administrative part of customer relationship management:
  •    Collecting necessary documents to enable preparation of credit proposal and legal contract documentation.
  •     Facilitate legal document execution. Legal documents include but are not limited to SPA and other relevant contract(s), Notice Letter, and Warning Letter.

   Ennoblement of Market Study

  •  Collection of market insight to prepare for consumer/market study in area of interest.
  •      Observation of client’s business activities and report back to relationship team.

  Payment Collection Management

  •      Following up with clients for payment collected, specifically on overdue between 5 to 10 working days.
  •       Liaise with Credit Team to manage proper action toward overdue account.


  •    Bachelor’s degree​ in Sale & Marketing, Business Admin, or related fields
  •     Have at least 1-year-experience of working in sales admin/support field.
  •   Have strong communication skills and customer focus.
  •    Willing to learn, honest and able to work under pressure.
  •   Be a team player and like to deal with challenges.
  •   Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing
  •   Good knowledge MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
