Job Description
  •  Finish & supervise every work & task assigned by Manager
  • Convey & implement any ideal & claim form Manager
  • Check & translate documents & write
  • Control & updates resident contract list & data
  • Do daily, weekly & monthly problem report to Senior Customer Service
  • cash collection & keep to the safety box
  • Collect & follow up outstanding fee & clarify with income & sale accounting
  • Join monthly meeting in order to report & discuss about working process.
Job Requirements
  •  Bachelor or Master Degree of Business Administration or others related field.
  • Minimum 02 years working experience of Assistance, Secretary etc.
  • Good English and Chinese proficiency.
  • Able to use Ms. Office or others related computer programs for daily operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good time management, documents arrangement and problem-solving.
  • A high commitment, challenges, and able to work under pressure.
