Job Description
  • Answer all appointment’s schedule, report, email and other correspondences.
  • Compile, proofread, revise draft documentations, report and assist to translate to Chinese language if deemed necessary.
  • Following up with tasks/action points assigned by GM.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, agendas, compiling documents for meetings and meeting outcomes to GM.
  • Assist to solve problems with client’s problem, ensure they are satisfied 100%.
  • Coordinate between Projects manager and Bank for making Bill Payment in Canadia Bank App.
  • Asist management to prepare Property Management System properly
  • Double checking document and ensure all paperwork will follow SOP with correct signage approval.
  • Other tasks assigned by general manager
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the role, preferably within a property management company or similar industry.
  • English proficiency plus Chinese speaking and Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • High responsibility and good team work.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Having good leadership skill.
  • Decision-Making Capability.
