Job description: 

  • Collaborate with the station manager to lead team members and ensure that operation in the station forecourt is smooth, productive, and safe.
  • Ensure that the station obtains the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all operational risks at the station are well-managed and mitigated.
  • Implementation of control over the fraud activities and other operational control.
  • Manage the retail station shift changing and closing procedure checklist.
  • Handling the fuel offloading and inventory control for the night shift replenishment.
  • Participate in performing any regular or periodic reconciliation work and reporting.
  • Produce daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly report to Retail Business Development Manager.
  • Other tasks as per assigned.

Requirement: 

  • Education background: bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or related field.
  • Experience in managing a gas station at least 2 years is preferable.
  • Excellent people skills and building relationships.
  • Problem solving skill with high flexible of working with people at all levels.
  • Knowledge of MS offices suits, internet, and email proficiency.
  • Communicable English in both writing and speaking.
  • Rotatable to the new station as per assigned.
