Job Description
- Prepare annual sales KPI by sales team/ source of sales in order to achieve the set branch sales target
- Develop annual activities plan (below the line) for the sales team implementation
- Review the monthly sales achievement and together with manager prepare monthly sales target and challenge activities for each sales team
- Conduct regular sales review with sales leaders and provide clear instruction for sales recovery in PDCA manner
- Update sales plan and result daily to branch management team
- Prepare sales review and discuss with manager before having a meeting with sales distributor
- Foresee the sales situation and intervene to enhance the performance
- Enhance customer satisfaction through right implementation of Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI)
- Main PIC to build relationship with referral partners with timely communication, analytical report and sales support if necessary
- Upgrade sales team knowledge through the implementation of skill up program, supervisor program and other program supported by Dist. Sales
- Optimize utilization of facilities and Demo car to serve customer
- Prepare stand by duty roaster to ensure business continuity and ready to serve customer monthly and additional events
- Ensure the correct customer profile input/update as per system design
- Conduct spot check to enhance customer care quality
- Build team spirit for smooth cooperation among team and peer colleagues
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- University degree in business management or related fields
- At Least 4-5 year of experiences in sales section
- Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, and team work oriented
- Good knowledge of management and leadership skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skill
- Good in English communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, power point, excel and system usage
- Strong time management & service and result-oriented
- Must obtain driving license and good driving skills
