Job Description
- Review OTY of Finished Good out with QTY of invoice issued.
- Matching accessory, Hardware, and Aluminum sold to customer with invoice issued.
- Follow up on the percentage of Bo completion every month & make sure the project is ongoing.
- Generate Income Statements by each project for the direct cost (Material & Labor).
- Posted all expenses (Petty cash, Payment voucher, Enter Bill).
- Prepared and verified accounting reports with monthly control schedules such as Bank Reconciliation, Monthly Cash collection, Pre-Payment, Monthly Expense, VAT output report, Unearned Revenue, Unbilled Receivable Internal/External, AR report, IS and BS Report, Suspense Account, Sale Discount, Petty cash reconciliation, Staff Food reconciliation, Accrual income, Invoice Control Report, Fixed Asset, WIP of installation, Unbilled Payable Internal/External, Advance Purchase, Other Advance, Ministry Report…
- Prepared Journal Voucher.
- Verify stock arrival of Glass.
- Prepared JV.
- Calculated RAW material cost.
- Review all stock report from warehouse General, Hardware, Steel, Aluminum, Gasoline, and Motor, RAW Glass, WIP, Finished Goods.
- Verify stock purchase of General, Hardware, Steel, Aluminum, Gasoline and Motor.
- Lead accounting team to conduct annual fixed asset count.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
