Job Description

Accounting Officer: is responsible for preparing day-to-day accounting transactions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Handle for both AR and AP
  •  Ensure all accounting transaction records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedure,
  •  Ensure all accounting/financial reporting deadline are met,
  •  Ensure all invoice are correct and consistent,
  •  Ensure accurate and timely/monthly/yearly end close,
  • Maintain all accounting documents, and perform other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements

Qualification and Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, and Finance
  • At least with 1 year experience
  •  Knowledgeable on accounting system, Account Receivable or Account Payable
  •  Skillful in using Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and Word)
  •  Detailed-oriented and high regard to accuracy
  •  Good at time management
  • Good communication and helpful cooperation
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving
  • Embrace flexibility

    Working Days and Hours
    Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
    Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
    Workplace: Peng Huoth Head Office inside The Grand Star Platinum Project.

    Work Relationship: works under and reports directly to manager.
