Job Description
  • Prepare, check coordinate all purchase requests and payment procedures by internal policies and procedures
  • Issue invoices, debit notes, and receipts to tenants and collect payments from tenants and customers.
  • Follow up with tenants and customers in respect of any late payments following internal late payment procedures
  • Record all income and expense in an organized manner adopting established accounting principle and systems.
  • Post all items within the accounting system including general ledger, profit & loss, trial balance sheet, etc.
  • Prepare monthly finance reports as required.
  • Assist with the payment process and sourcing of supplies as required
  • Coordinate and comply with head-office accounting principles and practices.
  • Record and keep updated team leave as needed.
  • General admin task
  • Assist management as requested.
Job Requirements
  •  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other related.
  • At least 1 year experience in the accounting field.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail and well-organized.
  • Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
  • Computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
  • Be professional, humble, honest, and helpful.
