Job Description
Accounting Intern: is to help process day-to-day accounting transactions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring all accounting transaction records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedure,
- Assist in ensuring all accounting/financial reporting deadlines are met,
- Assist in ensuring all invoices are correct and consistent,
- Assist in ensuring accurate and timely/monthly/yearly end close,
- Assist with end-to-end taxation execution, calculation, submission of required document in a timely manner,
- Assist in checking on all tax and accounting standards by verifying accuracy of payment and tax returns,
- Assist in maintaining all accounting documents, and performing other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements
- At least Year 3 student or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, and Finance
- Knowledgeable on accounting system
- Good with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Detailed-oriented and high regard to accuracy
- Good at time management
- Good communication and helpful cooperation
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving
- Embrace flexibility
Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
Work place:
Accounting Intern is based at Head Office of Borey Peng Huoth.
Relationship
Accounting Intern works under supervision & reports directly to Accounting Supervisor.
