Job Description
- Prepare various reports (Income report, payment report, daily transaction report, VCL report)
- Prepare and process the loan documents for the branches
- Contact and follow up payment with the client
- Prepare and arrange the document file and contracts
- Update the loan report 2 times a month to the Sales Manager
- Prepare the monthly report on fixed assets
- Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Fluent command on both written and spoken English proficiency
- Having experience in Administration for at least 1 year
- Good communication with customers and teamwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel
- Flexible, honest, time management, and teamwork.
