How To Post Job

To post a vacant job, follow the key 3 steps:

1. Create an Employer Account

  1. Go to
  2. Click [ REGISTER] on the right side of website menu
  3. On [Create an Account], fill up the employer’s information such as username, email, password, confirm password, company’s name, select category, and at last click [Register Now]

Note: Please remember your username and password for your login. If you forget your password, contact us via telegram 087 228 393 / 097 666 9828.

2. Update the Profile of Your Company

  1. Click [Profile]
  2. [Logo Image] upload your company logo
  3. [Cover Photo] upload your cover photo of company
  4. [Title] write your company’s name e. Viphou Consultant Co., Ltd
  5. [Email] write company’s recruitment email e. or
  6. [Website] write your company’s website, i.e.
  7. [Phone] put the recruitment phone number
  8. [Categories] select your company’s business categories (it can be added more than one), e. Business Consulting
  9. [Description] write your company’s profile (brand, product and service, growth, etc.
  10. [Location] select the location
  11. [Friendly Address] write company address and email, i.e. #587, Oknha Kleang Mueng Blvd, Sangkat Tuol Sangke, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Email:
  12. Click [Save Profile] to complete your company’s profile.

3. Submit Job / Post Job

  1. Click [Submit Job]
  2. [Job Title], write the vacant job position, i.e. Accountant
  3. [Types], select job type i.e. Full Time
  4. [Description] write the job information such as job summary/duties, job qualification/requirements, benefits, and other necessary information.
  5. [Job Categories], select the job categories (it can be selected more than one)
  6. [Application Deadline Date], select the date (it’s normally a month period)
  7. [Industry], select your company’s industry
  8. [Job Grade/Level], select a suitable job grade/level
  9. [Experience], select the experience
  10. [Location], select the location
  11. [Company Address], write the company’s address and email, i.e. #587, Oknha Kleang Mueng Blvd, Sangkat Tuol Sangke, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Email:
  12. Click [Save and Preview] to review and edit , or click [Submit the job] to submit your job posting.

Please note that:

  • The job announcement will appear on the website after the administrator’s approval.
  • You can edit your job at anytime
  • You can extend the job announcement that is expired at any time.

  • You also could post your jobs unlimitedly with our Facebook Job PostingsGroup in various locations such as Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanouk Ville, Battambong, Kampot, etc.

Upon the completion your company’s profile, the company’s profile will appear on the website in the [COMPANY LIST] menu as below.

Upon the completion your job posting, it will appear on the website in the menu [HOME] and [JOBS] as below.


Candidate can apply for a job just within a few minutes by following simple steps as bellow:

  1. Go to
  2. Click the job position
  3. Click Apply Now
  4. Fill up Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Write application message, and browse to attached CV
  5. Click Apply Job (the job application will be sent directly to the recruiter’s email).

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good morning. I saw your job announcement with for a position of Admin Clerk. I am interested and would like to apply for the position.

I have attached my resume for your review. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
