Job Description
  • Conduct direct visit, networking, research, compile, analyze each sales project timeline, requirements, specification, competitors’ status, budget, and anticipate future needs.
    Acts as a source for national and local courtesy deliveries
    Create contract opportunities, develop sales strategies, a hunting approach, and lead generation to achieve sales targets
  • Build and foster strong relationships and network with government agencies, institutions, NGOs, the Embassy, and contracting officers, acting as the primary point of contact and taking perfect care of each customer’s concerns, complaints, and grievances.
    Develop and keep track of all sales records, database management, bidding history, complaints, and customer information.
  • Drive sales by up-selling, cross-selling, and creating value chain business opportunities with them.
    Conduct price and contract negotiations, terms and conditions review for each project, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and compliance.
  • Prepare and review quotation, sales contract, sales terms and conditions, bidding documents, sales proposals, reports, internal and external letters
    Manage internal and external communication, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions and meet client needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasting, performance report, and other reports to management or as per request from relevant departments.
  • Develop sales operations’ SOP, policy manual, guideline, and memo in compliance with the company’s rules, regulations, and best practices.
    Develop the test drive event, product launching, product presentation, and spec-in opportunity for contracting officers or vehicle users
    Support new sales consultant on product knowledge training, role play, sales skills, reporting, and project sales.
  • Supervise and manage team performance, understand their challenges, and provide key activities plan, solution, guidance, and support to increase sales volume and productivity.
    Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • BA in business law, administration, or related field. Preferred Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Law.
  • Proven experience in ICB and NCB with at least 6 years of experience in Duty-Free Sales and 2 years in a  management level position
  • Strong administration and negotiation skills with an exceptional relationship
  • Good strategic thinking and planning
  • Excellent rhetoric and communication in Khmer and English
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Has strong international procurement knowledge and methods
  • Has good driving skills with a valid driving license and understands clearly of the traffic law
  • Must be fluent in English and able to speak Chinese, or Japanese is a plus
