Job Description
  •  Making the first decision before passing to the store manager or proxy store for the final decision of complicated problems regarding shoplifting cases or customer complaints.
  • Work with account and cashier teams to receive and drop cash bags into the cash receiving machine of the daily sale of all MV Stores and the Phnom Penh store.
  • Support the cashier, operation team, and back office if there is any request, especially the cashier team to have well control of the customer long queue and oversee the overall operation of the checkout team.
  • Checking by walking to maintain cleanliness in the sales area, control customer flow, make sure customer trolleys and baskets are always available, and used dishes/tables are cleared and cleaned.
  • Checking by walking around to maintain a sale environment, such as: full fill display, correct price POP, looking for expired/spoiled merchandise, and reporting to related departments/lines for action.
  • Check all floors to make sure that all doors/shutters/windows are properly locked/closed, and all appliances are properly turned off after the store closed.
  •  Checking all zones to ensure they are well cleaned, and all water faucets and gas supply main valves are properly closed after store closed.
  •  Work closely and constantly with food line team to promptly refill the sold items to avoid missing of sale opportunity.
  •  Support QC and food line teams to check all tasks involved in hygiene issues in all zones and storerooms to ensure all food ingredient/material are well storing and having date control attached.
  •  Overseeing staff performance at sale area on his/her working attitude, the presence of standby person and the implementation of company rules/regulations.
  • Assist Night Manager to support facility and delight teams to control daily attendance and duties of security guard, cleaner and cart collector teams as well as facility tasks/issues.
  •  Assist to manage & control all lockers to ensure cleanliness & all staffs follow locker rule.
  • Report to Night Manager or Store Manager regarding any important or urgent matters that happened.
  • Checking around store in the afternoon to find any lacking points & work with related teams/lines to fix the problem.
  •  Assist customer to look for his/her wanted merchandise.
  • Check & support perishable team specially produce area to ensure all veggies and fruits are on time refill, well arrangement, freshness, & asking other teams/lines to support if there is any need.
  •  Keep following up with Aeon Mall side if there is any case.
  •  Any other tasks or duties will be assigned by Night Manager or Store Manager.
Job Requirements
  • 25 years old or above, dynamic, and honest.
  • A bachelor’s degree in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Have proficiency in English.
  • Have great communication skills or are able to communicate effectively.
  • Have strong patience and judgement ability on handling incident in the store.
  • Able to deal with aggressive or complaining customers.
  • Able to work late at night with long hours in a standing and walking position.
  • Have working knowledge or experience of multiple tasks involved in facility, safety, security and hygiene.
  • Have working experience in the retail business or the hospitality industry.
  • Able to adapt to the bad atmosphere of hygiene issues such as rotten, fishy, greasy, and dirty states.
