- Welcome all customers in showroom
- Create and build relationships with new and existing customers
- Work toward achieving sales target
- Keep the achievement for the monthly sales target
- Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them
- Create and build relationships with new and existing customers
- Perform sales cycle from start to closing of sales process, from the moment customer walk into the store to delivery and processing payment
- Enter lead into Lead Report by collecting customer visit information regarding their name, address, project site, interest of materials and forecast amount
- Create customer profile to accurately and professionally input Customer Name, address, phone number, project site address, site contact information and so on
- Coordinate delivery with dispatch team to make sure the orders are delivered on time
- Create quotation, catalogues for customers when needed
- Prepare and provide product specifications to customers when needed
- Provide customer service at all-time regardless whether the customer is your own customers or other peers’ customers as long as they walk into the showroom
- Manage showroom merchandise zone assigned by Store Supervisor
- Make sure the products in the managed zone are well displayed, clean, tidy and price tag are properly placed, the items are fully filled up and nothing is missing
- Create price tag for newly displayed items in the managed zone
- Responsible for the assigned tasks and get it done on a timely manner
- Solving customers’ issues and complains
- Create and submit daily customer walk in/visit report to the Team Lead
- Create and submit weekly Activities and Cleanliness Report to the Team Lead
