Job Description
  • Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing materials, website assets, and more.
  • Conceptualize and execute photo, drone, and video shoots for the Norea project, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand standards.
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos using industry-standard software.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects and platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and leasing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Work with the graphic designer to produce content and planning for pre-production, production, and post-production to deliver the content within the schedule.
  • Operate and maintain photography and video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Operate drones for aerial photography and videography, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • (Optional) Design and develop websites using Webflow, ensuring a responsive and visually appealing user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our creative output.

 

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
    Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Photographer, and Videographer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere Pro, After
    Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design, photography, and video projects.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and composition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with drone operation and aerial photography/videography, with relevant certifications.
  • (Optional) Experience with Webflow for website design and development, with a strong portfolio of web projects.
