Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train maintenance staff.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma with MEP certifications.
- Proven experience in maintenance management or as a maintenance technician in a commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
