Job Description
  • Identify the needs of customers and provide a sufficient resolution to fulfill customer expectations
  • Conduct frequent communication with customers by phone call, mail, and direct visit to build a strong relationship
  • Ensure minimum company sales target with high commitment
  • Update customer profits in the company database system
  • Ensure the display in the showroom is clean and create new ideas for showroom decoration when on showroom standby duty
  • Timely and accurately produce the  daily report to the supervisor
  • Understand and update competitors’ movements and propose any new ideas to gain sales
  • Join the event, roadshow, or other event to increase the number of new prospects
    Support colleagues when necessary
  • Create your digital content to get more customer inquiries (leads)
  • Participate in all sales-related training and most of the other assigned training by receiving at least the average result
  • Provide customers with high satisfaction through SSI evaluations, and always do your best to support solving customer problems if any
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
  • Chinese Speaking
  • Bachelor’s degree in management/marketing or related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or fresh graduate student
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Team player, initiative, friendly, fresh, and service-oriented
  • Knowledge of computers, Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Having a valid driving license s a plus
