Job Description
  • Develop a skill-up program and a supervisor training program to support the branch
  • Conduct refresh training or create a talk script to reflect the change in market competition
    and challenges on time- Conduct product training, responding to the product life cycle
  •  Provide automotive fundamental knowledge training to all new sales consultants and
    Refresh the current one
  •  Genna, the site sales approach or talk regularly
  • Support sales and marketing in the development of sales tools to be used by the sales team
  • Develop the  training calendar reflecting the current challenging situation, competitor movement, and product life cycle
  • Maintain training records of participants and provide evaluation on the training performance of the sales team to the branches for their next action
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
  •  At least 2-3 years of experience in sales training or related fields
  •  Bachelor degree in Management, English Literature, or other related fields
  • Training Management
  • Motivate, positive attitude, pro-active, and teamwork oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with the deadline report
  • Good English communication
