Job Summary

The Recruiter Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting job recruiters in registering their accounts and posting job vacancies on the viphou job platform. This role ensures a seamless onboarding and support experience for employer clients, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and platform success.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guide job recruiters through the account registration process on the website.
  • Provide step-by-step support for creating and managing job vacancy listings.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to recruiter inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Verify and validate recruiter profiles and job postings to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruiter interactions and feedback.
  • Assist in developing user guides and onboarding documentation for recruiters.
  • Monitor the platform for potential technical issues affecting recruiter use and report them accordingly.
  • Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the recruiter registration and job posting process.

Job Requirements

  • A student or graduate in Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in customer support, HR support, recruitment services, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to use Ms Word, Ms Excel and Email
