JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Customer Service to support our customer service team. You will handle customer questions and issues through the Liberty Carz App, Facebook page, and other social media channels. Your job is to make sure customers get fast, friendly, and helpful service, and that their problems are solved quickly and professionally.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Respond to customer messages on the app and social media
  • Handle complaints with care and escalate when needed
  • Follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
  • Help post and manage content on Facebook and social media
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments or reviews
  • Use CRM tools and dashboards to track customer inquiries

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in customer service or social media support
  • Friendly, patient, and good at problem-solving
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays by rotating day off
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Familiar with Facebook Business Suite and basic CRM tools
