Job Description
  •  Assist Deputy HRBP Manager on implementing executive program roadmap in any phase of development;
  • Work with L&D to develop career pathways and competency frameworks for employees;
  • Work with L&D to design and implement leadership development programs and other necessary programs;
  • Assist Deputy HRBP Manager to facilitate performance reviews and feedback mechanisms to identify high-potential employees;
  • Assist Deputy HRBP Manager to conduct assessment of the existing or new pipeline pool to ensure the talents are potential for development;
  • Partner with LM/HoD and talents for assessment process and analysis into 9box grids;
  • Analysis and consolidate the report to Deputy HRBP Manager ;
  • Ensure to provide potential pool to L&D for development;
  • Collect and review in every cycle of KPI (KPI Setting, Mid-year review, and Annual) in the assigned project;s
  • Track the progress of KPI in each phase;
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to review staff under performance issue (PIP) to make the improvement plan;
  • Make the report to management;
  • Initiate new implementation of the advisory club to ensure the program is effective;
  • Conduct assessment CAC candidates based on competency framework;
  • Provide CAC consultancy service and establish the Professional Development Plan (PDP);
  • Ensure PDP is tracked and advised consistently;
  • Support Deputy HRBP Manager to review the internal policy of HRBP Department to ensure the policy and tools are up to date;
  • Update Internal Policy for Projects when necessary;
  • Conduct site visits and work observation related to HRBP Department concerns;
  • Conduct meetings with projects on performance review when needed;
  • Engage with HR/Admin and stakeholders in projects to understand their workflow and challenge for giving support;
  • Other tasks assigned by direct management.
Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree of HRM, Business Administration or other related-fields;
  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner minimum 2 – 3 years;
  • Possess strong knowledge in Talent Management and Succession Planning;
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational skills, and change management;
  • Prove the ability to work under pressure and able to approach to all stakeholders;
  •  Be able to handle the challenges issue and propose solution;
  • Proficient in English, Chinese is an advantage.
