Job Description
  • Perform search engines, networking, direct visit, and identify potential prospects and lead generation to increase leasing volume
  • Approach, engage, collaborate, build and maintain strong relationship with prospect and sold-out customer in their own customer target and categories
  • Plan and manage partnership with business entities to achieves sale target, objective and sales activities
  • Provide vehicle test drive, product presentation and assist customer to select the right vehicles that match their requirement
  • Prepare bid summary and proposal, bid document and join the bid a timely manner and within the deadline
  • Engage with prospect and bid project to understand their requirement, preferences, competitors status and budget and other key information
  • Prepare and review quotation, spec-sheet, contract, special term and condition, sale proposal and keep for record and database
  • Perform vehicle delivery, sold-out documentation, payment collection, and post-sales follow up to customers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market situation, vehicle model trend, competitor price and stock situation, industry development and our own product and service knowledge and propose idea to gain competitive advantage
  • Maintain good customer database, and update from time to time to assure data accurate in system
  • Manage and maintain high profile account and big volume sales
  • Support junior and new sales consultant on product knowledge training, role, play, sales skill and reporting
  • Support in hosting events and sales-related event
  • Help in papering, reviewing sales document, internal and external letters, term and condition in sales contract
  • Perform duty in compliance to company rule, regulation and maintain high ethical standard and professionalism in all actions
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
  • Preferable Bachelor of Marketing/ Business Management/ related fields
  • At least 3 years experiences in related corporate, key account or government sales
  • Good networking and interpersonal skill
  • Pleasant personality, honest hard working, and initiative
  •  Must obtain driving license with a good driving skills
  •  Having good knowledge in B2B, B2C communication and bid preparation
  •  Good written communication in Khmer and English
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Browser
  • Like to read and watch vehicle’s review and bid document
