Job Description
  • Weekly open PO/RN report
  • Follow up suppliers to drop the invoices to clear outstanding PO/RN
  •  Work with MMD and MD if any PO adjustments
  • Monthly statement reconciliation with suppliers
  • Perform custom import matching for oversea trade
  • Work closely with Logistic team related to custom import
  • Prepare monthly custom and oversea tax report
  • Check custom documents and follow up agency to submit on time
  • Prepare advance for custom import and submit to payment team
  •  Monthly submission clearance documents to payment team
  • Prepare stock in transit report and journal entry
  • Monthly freight purchasing analysis report
  • Monthly demur-rage charge report
  • Monthly custom advance report tracking with actual shipment
  • Other tasks will be assigned by Management
Job Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
    Studying or graduated bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or related field
  •  At least 2 years working experiences
  •  Knowledge of Accounting Standard is desirable
  • Experience about spreadsheet and pivot-able
  • Able to use accounting system PROFIT and SAP is preferred
  •  Good in English for communication and written
  • Willing to learn new thing
  • Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
  • Work hard and honestly
  • Be flexible
