JOB SUMMARY
Oversees, and directs all aspects of the business development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to strategic planning, budget planning, forecasting, advertising, promotion, publicity, collateral development, sales solicitation, and sales administration. Responsibilities also require direct and routine interaction with key operational divisions within the hotel.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel with a proven track record.
- Strong English communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and administrative skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, willing and able to travel nationally and internationally.
- Accountable for market performance and potential, as well as budgeting, forecasting, and achieving target goals.
- Due to work quota limitations, only local candidates are preferred.
