Job Description

Scope of working:
Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing information to customers about the service and receiving payment, as well as resolving any issues that arise with customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide information to customer on accommodation services and fees
  • Receive payment from customers
  • Solve any problems that customers have with related parties.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements

Qualification and Requirement:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and others related.
  • More than 1 years’ experience in customer receptionist or related professional area.
  • Good communication, preparation and negotiation skills
  • Teamwork patience and openness
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages
  • Computer literate Ms word and Excel

Working Days and Hours:
Day-off 1day per week (exclude Fri, Sat, Sun)

Working place:
Mondulkiri

  • Holiday :2 occasions per year (Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben Day), but transportation fee is offered if holiday is delayed.
